Is domain and hosting included?

10GB Hosting and .com.my/.com is included in every package.

Is it free .com or com.my or .my?

We give you what you desire regardless; .com, .net, .org, .info, .name, .biz, .com.my, .net.my, .org.my, .name.my, or .my.
But the availability of the domain names is not in our control. Make sure your desired domain name is not in use by others. We would help you to check it as well.

Can I have 2 or more domain names but buying only one Digital Paper

Yes you can. You must buy the domain names from us. We would set the domain names to redirect to the your primary Digital Paper domain.

Is there any demo?

Yes, check out demo.digitalpaper.com.my (login using username:demo and password:demo).

Any trial period?

No trial period. This is a serious application. We suggest you to try out the demo application or call us for personalized demo before you purchase.

How long the installation will take?

Your DiGiTaL PaPeR would be ready in 1 day (for .com) or 1 working day (for .com.my or .my).

Where and when is the free training would be held?

It depends. If you prefer to have the training in your office, we would arrange it. But if not possible to arrange on your side, then it must be held in our office. The date and time is also depend as we would manage the time through appointments. We will not conduct bulk/mass training. You are entitled for one-to-one training.

What will include in the training?

We will train you on how to use the CMS to add your webpages, arranging them, managing your menu, user management, template changing, page setting changes, file and picture uploading, linking among webpages. The training would equip you with know-how knowledge of using DiGiTaL PaPeR

Will I get my cPanel and FTP?

DiGiTaL PaPeR is a hosted service which means we will manage the source codes. You will be given access to CMS to manage your content and design. Therefore, you would not need the cpanel and FTP access. We will not provide cPanel and FTP to secure our source codes and to reduce confusion.

What if I wish to quit? Is my domain name hold by you?

No, we will not hold your domain names. When you decided to quit the DiGiTaL PaPeR service, we would open the option for you to transfer your domain name. Therefore you would be able to gain your domain name without any trouble. We are serious about domain name privacy and your company always own the domain name, when you quit, you can take it with you, it is your right.

Can I hire/employ other web designer to design and maintain my website?

Definitely you can! As long as the designer know how to use DiGiTaL PaPeR, he can help you with it.

Will I get any help if I do not know how to use some function as I forgot the training?

Yes, we provide call, sms, call-back as well as email support. So catch us when you want help, we would be more than happy to guide you.

Can I hire/employ your designining service to design and maintain my website?

Definitely you can! If you can't cope with the DiGiTaL PaPeR functions or do not have sufficient time to design and maintain your website, we are always there. You can hire our service and the charge would depend either you want us to maintain your website for year long or for ad-hoc(project/task) basis.

Is the 7GB email reliable?

YES! The email hosting provided by Google under Google Apps Standard Edition. They have servers clustered well to balance the load and there would never be a server break-down(downtime) because it has immediate backup server (cluster). It is the most reliable email service being in place for more than 5 years with continuous innovation from Google Team. It supports IMAP, POP, and Webmail. You can even access your emails from your mobile phones.

What if I want more or exceeded storage space or bandwidth?

We actually offering "Unlimited" space and bandwidth to all DiGiTaL PaPeR users. But we always mention the 10GB space to make it easy to be quantifiable as well as condition for fair-use policy. If you exceed the allocated space and bandwidth, we will not stop or suspend you. But if you exceeded the fair-use policy and about to cause any threat to the server, we would contact you and explain about the situation. We will open you options to reduce your usage or increase your hosting package for little fee.
